These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including regulations specific to Dubai and applicable free zone legislation where relevant.

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

• Pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred
• Pay applicable taxes and fees

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability or pricing errors.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Terms

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.

5.2 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Custom orders and electrical components may not be returnable.

6.2 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

7. Warranties

7.1 Product Warranties

Products are covered by manufacturer warranties as specified. We provide warranty service in accordance with manufacturer terms and UAE consumer protection laws.

7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated, our services and products are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 General Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

8.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims related to these Terms, our products, or services shall be limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8.3 Exceptions

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Garrit & Wulf from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Our Content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally.

12.2 Arbitration

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Garrit & Wulf regarding your use of our services.
